CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations occur from time to time, however, we respectfully request that you notify Task as soon as possible with any changes to scheduled appointments. If a task has already been completed prior to cancellation, the client will incur full charges.

CONSULTATIONS

We provide all clients with an initial consultation. We love to meet all of our clients in person, and begin building a trusting relationship.  For clients utilizing our Organize or Transition services, we will conduct an initial consultation and home assessment.  Please see pricing page for further details.

COMMUNICATION

After initial consultation, further requests for services can be communicated via email, text or phone.

Task values ALL customers and is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.

DONATIONS

We are happy to donate your belongings to a charity of your choice, or one of our favorite  local non-profits.

INSURANCE

Task carries a $1M liability policy.  All of our contracted vendors are fully vetted, licensed, bonded and insured.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Trustworthiness and dependability are extremely important to Task, and we value your privacy.  We will not sell, rent or trade your email address to a third party.  Due to the nature of our business, we see many situations and items that are very personal and private to our clients.  At no time will we break our client trust and confidence by sharing any details of our engagements without your permission.
